I'm Angie, an AI automation builder and educator focused on turning everyday business problems into practical automated systems.
My work focuses on connecting AI with tools businesses already use, creating workflows that can handle repetitive tasks, organize information, communicate with customers, generate leads, and support better business operations.
Through AI with Angie, I also document what I'm learning and teach others how to understand and build AI automation systems themselves.
I believe AI becomes most useful when we move beyond simply talking about it and start building with it.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
01 / 08The challenge: Businesses receive repetitive customer questions and can lose potential customers when responses are slow.
The build: The WhatsApp AI CRM Assistant receives messages through Wassenger, checks and updates customer records in Google Sheets, uses an AI agent with conversation memory and FAQ context to respond, then logs both sides of the conversation.
PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY
02 / 08The challenge: Job seekers can quickly lose track of applications, deadlines, companies, and follow-ups.
The build: The Job Resume Tracker processes submitted files through Google Drive and PDF extraction, uses an OpenAI agent to pull out structured details, then sends a Gmail message and creates a Notion database page.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
03 / 08The challenge: Creating, processing, and organizing invoices manually takes time and can introduce errors.
The build: An automation workflow that processes invoice information and moves the data through the appropriate business steps automatically.
KNOWLEDGE SYSTEMS
04 / 08The challenge: AI assistants often need access to specific business information instead of relying only on general AI knowledge.
The build: The AI Customer Agent Example prepares incoming Gmail messages, classifies them as sales rep or sales FAQ, and uses an OpenAI agent with access to a Supabase vector store to support its response. The workflow can draft an email using a Gmail tool and sends a Telegram message.
GROWTH SYSTEMS
05 / 08The challenge: Finding and organizing potential customers manually can take hours.
The build: The Lead generation workflow records form submissions in Google Sheets, drafts an initial sales email with an OpenAI agent, and pauses for human approval in Gmail. A denied draft is revised by a second AI agent and returned for approval; only an approved draft is sent.
INBOX AUTOMATION
06 / 08The challenge: A busy inbox mixes support requests, billing questions, promotions and urgent messages. Sorting each one and preparing a relevant response takes attention away from other work.
The build: This n8n workflow starts with a Gmail trigger, classifies incoming emails into four categories, adds a matching Gmail label and passes each category to its own AI agent. The agents connect to a shared OpenAI chat model and a Gmail draft action; the priority path also connects to a Telegram notification.
CONTENT CREATION
07 / 08The challenge: Creating graphics for social posts and campaigns by hand takes time — writing the copy, generating the artwork, and laying everything out on a branded template for every single post.
The build: This n8n workflow starts with a form submission. An AI agent turns the campaign details into a structured design brief, OpenAI generates the artwork, and Bannerbear composes the finished design on a template through HTTP requests.
CONTENT CREATION
08 / 08The challenge: Keeping a content calendar full means writing post after post by hand — even before anything gets published, the writing alone can stall the whole schedule.
The build: This n8n workflow runs on a schedule. It reads pending ideas from a Google Sheet, loops through them, and an AI agent with an OpenAI chat model and memory writes each post. A Code step formats the text, a "Create a post" step publishes it, and the row is updated in the sheet so the idea is marked as done.
